45 minutes of stretching and core exercises all to the sound track of relaxing worship music and a Bible based thought for the day.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

A high intensity exercise session for all levels (including beginners). 30 minutes of hard exercise followed by 15 minutes of stretching/pilates with a Bible based thought for the day.
